The messages below are channelled during meditation or are, on occasion, “spontaneous downloads”.  I trust fully, they are from a loving source of light.  Sometimes the source identifies itself as "The Masters," sometimes it's from my Higher Self, and sometimes it's from the Angels.  Unfortunately, I have lost a lot of information prior to June, 2010 because of an unexpected computer glitch.  I've salvaged what I could. I hope the messages inspire you.  Namaste.

January 22, 2011 - Message from the Angels:

Honesty and fortitude are great strengths that weak men never exude.  Without contemplation and feeling, the substance of the divine is wasted in the perils of life.  Hold light to the Truth.  Fear not.  Messages coming forth - the guidance of the angels will set you in motion to fulfill not only your own desires for personal well-being but those of others who find themselves lost and confused in the realms of reality that are not real.  Bring forward with you the compassion and understanding that is not necessarily available to the average man.  See things as they unfold with reverence and with trust for the improvement of individuals suffering from emotional constraints which seem real enough to limit their possibilities in the human form.  A juxtaposition of nature vs. nurture is taking place in the here and now which limits the average observer from seeing the Truths of Spirit and consciousness in ways that are unrecognizable to most; leaving individuals open and ready to receive guidance from Higher Beings for the fruition of eternal love and gratitude, and of joyous pleasures.  Peace is something not found in everyday life.  Bliss is the opportunity for love and inspiration to manifest in ways that are unimaginable to the youth of Spirit.  Loving kindness to oneself is the key.  Watch and observe the “mistakes of others”.  Learn with ease and grace.  Follow what your heart deems to be True and you shall never steer wrong.  Live long and be free.  It is your birthright.  Your birthright is longevity.  And so it is done.  Amen.  From your angels.

January 16, 2011 - Message from my Higher Self:

Going backwards in time does not lessen the fear of going forward. One cannot find refuge in mind-altering habits for long. Eventually we come full circle and notice the same patterns reappearing in our daily lives causing us to continue to grieve the past and fear the future, leaving us in a state of frustration and lack.  Being loving and kind to ourselves – enough to let us off the hook for past mistakes proves to reinvent “normal” critical thinking about our lives and it’s purpose. See the joys of life explode in the colours of creation. Every experience tantalizes the senses. This is your connection to the universe. See, feel, hear, smell, taste the goodness that God has given you. CREATE THAT FOR YOURSELF.  Sing, love, laugh, breathe, see the pleasures beyond the physical. Exude your power as a co-creative being. Reach beyond the stars to self-actualization; despondency is the only sin. Give yourself room to grow and experience what life has to offer rather than limiting yourself to the daily pressures of illusory constraints.

January 15, 2011 - Message from my Higher Self:

Embody yourself in the fragrant bliss of life. Delve into the shadows of the unknown until you resurrect the part of you that is lost, stolen, or forgotten. A newly discovered being awaits you. Wait patiently for the answers. Succumb to life’s challenges. See beyond illusion. Disconnect from the past.  Do all with fortitude, gratitude, and perseverance. This is the time of great treasure, freedom, and hope - as long as you do not delay. Compassion, wisdom, reverence of soul spirit are key in this journey.

There is hope when it comes to full self-expression. Hindrance is only seen by the beholder of oppressive thoughts and structures. LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH are not just mere sayings of Spirit, they are a way of life which leads to personal freedom and abandonment of conventional thought.  True altruism is to respect the needs of the Self without disarray; and with great fortitude comes passion, limitless in expression and the fruition of ideas to serve the whole through self-pleasure in ways non-comprehendible to men and women who live in the primal state.

True transformation is emancipation…an expansion.  It cannot be reversed or stolen.  Take for example a new butterfly that discovers its wings: even the mere thought or possibility of returning back to the cocoon into its original form as caterpillar is not only impossible, but obsolete.  Given its new-found freedom, it does not ever look back.  There is no fear, no regret, no attachment to the past.  Through detachment comes liberation.  Through liberation we are evolution.  Through evolution we discover Spirit.

Friday, August 27, 2010 - Message from my Higher Self:

Sometimes life can be like a sandstorm in a desert in which you cannot see clearly with all the dust and grit before your eyes.  The more you strain to look, the worse your visions gets, eventually causing the grains of sand to enter the sensitive and delicate eye, causing pain and tears of regret for the struggle to look.  The sooner the moment you choose to close your eyes, the sooner you can find stillness amongst the storm.  All things around you may be in chaos, but within you there is the beginning of the connection to the frequency of peace.  It is inevitable that you will find centeredness through stillness and be unaffected by all that around you.  You will get through the storm.  And when it subsides, as you move forward through the sand under your feet, you will not only be able to do so with great ease, but also find the little treasures buried under the grains that will seem to have somehow been placed exactly there for you to uncover one by one at precisely the right time…eventually realizing that were it not for the storm, you may have never found these beautiful things that can now bring you so much joy. 

Ride through the storm with complete faith that in the end (and before the next one), there is light, love, and many blessings.

Monday, August 23, 2010 - Message from the Masters:

The power of manifestation happens faster than what we know as the speed of light.  Interference comes from resistance to change, particularly the resistance to change of the old patters of belief which keep you hostage in the labyrinth of the third dimensional world.  It is not until you look past, over, around, and above (beyond what is normal human behaviour) that you will find the enlightened path to freedom.   Look past the grief.  Look over judgment.  Look over fear.  Look around anger.  Look up to shame.  Your current traditional patterns of thought and behaviour are part of your evolutionary growth in order for you to choose to break free from the bonds that bind you to the institutions of this world.  It is not until you seek (yourself) the path of the New Age – the path on which the soldier stops to find breath and transforms into beingness - that the art of manifestation becomes as realized as the mind realizes hunger or thirst.

Do not suffer in silence by denying your magnificence.  One’s true essence cannot blossom until the recognition and surrender of the needs and expressions of the spirit within.  Allowing yourself to be your true spirit without limitations is as easy (and CONSCIOUS) as taking in a breath without only the lungs to be filled.  Resistance inhibits expansion.  Do not put a cap on the magnificence of your soul.  You are a limitless being in a limitless time.  Only YOU can alter this state to a point where it either serves your higher self (and therefore the entire Universe), or only the few around you who live in the fear of your infinite expansion.

Lightworkers all over the world have been working for weeks setting the energy for last night’s US election.  The anticipation overflowed to millions of people all around the world.  The time has finally come for major change in the US (although with baby steps at first) and the rest of us will all be affected greatly by this change in ways that many of us may not yet be able to understand.  It is all part of the ascension that we have been increasingly talking about for the past several years.  It is the year of ONE.  The time is perfect – all is in God’s perfection.  I feel the need to say “Congratulations!” to you all as we have reached a critical peak in our evolution.  With openness to spirituality and positive thinking and of course, lightwork, we have moved above and beyond where many of us thought we were incapable of going.  There are still many sceptics or more specifically, those who are not yet “awake”.  For example, just yesterday I heard someone say that they couldn’t wait until the election was finally over so that they wouldn’t have to hear about it anymore.  Not everyone understands the impact this election will have (and has already had!) on the consciousness of humanity.  As it is not our place to judge, find it in your hearts to allow more time to send compassion and light to those who need it.

I have been “resisting” (the theme of my growth lately) a cold since last week.  I felt much better over part of the weekend and then much worse on Monday night.  By 3pm yesterday, I had completely lost my voice – not a peep could be heard.  Yet I still continued to offer spiritual counselling to 2 clients.  I had to whisper the entire time.  Upon reflection this morning, I received 3 messages that I’ll share with you b/c I often get responses back from you saying that often, my messages come at the exact time you need to hear them.   

The first was to reduce my expectations of others, be it at work, home or social.  This will help reduce some of my frustrations with others. 

Second, a reminder to incorporate more of the learnings from A New Earth into my life.  I hope that you have been able to do this and have been able to feel the shift in energy it automatically brings. 

And finally, to take more quiet time and LISTEN to the messages of the universe – hence the whispering.  This message is in 2 parts:  First, listening goes beyond morning practice.  In fact, it’s exactly what Tolle mentions in the book, A New Earth – finding “space”.  Taking a moment or two, several times throughout the day where there is only breath and no thought.  I believe this is important as the ascension process is building up in intensity and speed, requiring us to stop and “re-adjust” to the energy that is constantly being sent to us.  The second part is in being aware of my own energy.  It’s hard to explain, but when I have to whisper, I have to listen more carefully to what I say and how I say it.   It’s being more precise and focusing on either getting the message across or getting my needs met more quickly.  I am forced to focus only on what is important or urgent.  The rest is trivial.  I can see the symbolism that applies to my daily life.

Namaste.  I hope this email finds you well.

I stopped wearing a watch for several years b/c my magnetic field would not agree with it (have you ever had trouble with your watch batteries constantly dying on you?).  Recently though, I’ve needed to purchase a watch with a stop watch in it.  So far, I haven’t had a problem with it (perhaps b/c it’s digital?).  This watch beeps every hour.  Several days ago, I decided to use the beep as a reminder to say my affirmations.  The everyday affirmations slowly turned into gratitude reminders.  I started saying “thank you” every time I heard the beep – not for all the “big” things in my life (ie. my family, my home, my job etc.) but also the “small” things (ie. getting all green lights on my way to work; an inspirational book that came across my path; appreciation of how my body is functioning today; sleeping through the night; finding a pen just when I need it etc.).  After practicing this for about 36 hours, I started noticing that I showed gratitude even when the beep didn’t go off – often, I’d say thanks just BEFORE the beep – it happens automatically.  I have to say I feel much more at peace, more calm.  Because it only makes sense that when you are continuously thankful for ALL the things you have, great things are bound happen:

1. You invite more of the things you’re thankful for into your life;

2. You start becoming aware of the things that do NOT bring you joy but which serve you a purpose which makes you even more thankful for them!

3.  You’ve stopped for a moment, taking things for granted;

4.  You’ve stopped for another moment, and gone beyond the ego’s insatiable need for more;

3.  Of course peace will follow;

4.  Now, you have just succeeded in being totally “in the moment”.

It’s so simple…

Namaste.  Hope this email finds you all well.  I was inclined to write this email last night at 4 a.m.  I don’t know exactly why, my fingers just started typing…

I’m sure you have felt / seen the changes that have been occurring this year as I had warned you about earlier in the year.  This is the year of completion.  If you have not yet assessed your relationships (including partner, work etc.) or have been delaying working on them or even ending them, September is the month that has probably moved you closer to a situation in which you have no choice but to deal with it.  It doesn’t necessarily mean the ending of relationships; but rather, the TRANSFORMATION of them wherever necessary – therefore ENDING the way the relationship CURRENTLY is, or ending it all together.  The choice is yours, really.  What is it you really want from life?  Do you even know what you want?  Better yet, do you know what you DO NOT want?  Often, thinking about what you do not want can help you realize what you TRULY want. 

How many of you are living your life to the fullest?  How long until you decide to do so?  What are you waiting for?  Perhaps if I asked you this:  if you a million dollars, what changes would you make in your life RIGHT NOW?  Are at least SOME of these changes something you can do immediately?  Release all that no longer serves you.  It’s time to put yourself first.  Trust in the universe.  Focus on the positive.  Transform the negative.  And pick up all your gifts along the way.

I have been seeing many, many eagles in the past couple of months.  Eagles represent freedom from attachments / relationships, flying higher to view a situation “out of the box”, or finding more time in one’s schedule to do more meaningful things.  They also represent the power within yourself.  Get off the ground.  Connect.  Use your higher mind to view the situation(s) differently.  Come from compassion and love and then transform the fear.  Most importantly, be good to yourself by doing what your heart desires.   

Life TODAY is about finding your passion.  Then, all you have to do is FLY.
