Conscious Living™ Workshops:
LIVING A BALANCED LIFE: In this workshop, you will learn how to do a simple yet powerful exercise on the wellness wheel. The wheel covers all aspects of your life including financial, physical, emotional and more. Easily determine what parts of your life are unbalanced and need some attention. Once we determine this, you will get a few basic ideas on how to start making a change for the better.
STRESS:
We all know that stress is one of the biggest culprits of disease. A common misperception is that it’s life’s big events that cause stress. The truth is we have serious stressors all around us each and every day. Learn to spot the ones that go unnoticed or that are misjudged in their effects and then focus on ways to reduce them by just minutes a day.
RELEASING NEGATIVE ENERGY: Anger, fear, guilt, sadness can destroy the mind and the body. Many of us carry unhealthy emotions (some buried so deep) and they can easily interfere in our personal and professional relationships, in our spiritual lives, and in our health, inhibiting our true joy in life. Life is too short! In this workshop learn first step easy methods to release your negative emotions and find your joy again.
HOW TO LIVE IN THE MOMENT: With the million and one things we have to get done every day and every week and every month, it’s no wonder our minds won’t stop even for a minute to enjoy and really soak in everyday joyous moments. The mind has no break from the mental stress of everyday living. In this workshop, learn simple ways of being in the moment which will help you re-centre yourself and slow the mind down enough to actually enjoy the beautiful things around you.
FORGIVENESS: What does it mean to forgive? There are some misconceptions of forgiveness that prevent people from truly letting go of old wounds. Learn why holding on to them are really about you and your wounded ego, and how you are the one in control of your resentment. Holding grudges kills slowly. Learn to let go and be FREE.
HOW TO HAVE HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS: Do you walk away from people feeling completely drained or do you feel joy and a sense of comfort? Do you feel as though you have to suppress your truth or is there security in expressing your real feelings? Do you walk away feeling judged or can you be your authentic self? In this workshop, learn how to empower yourself by spotting unhealthy relationships and changing the energy exchange to create better ones.
ABUNDANCE MANIFESTATION: How do some people attract to them the best of the best: good health, wealth, prosperity, loving relationships etc? Why is it that we find ourselves repeating the same patterns that block positive energy from flowing into our lives? Stop doing the same old things, expecting the same old results, and living the same old life. In this workshop learn the basics on how to create a flow of abundant energy to you to and start achieving more and complaining less.
SELF-LOVE AND SELF-IMAGE: This workshop is geared for both men and women because we all have issues around what we pereceive our bodies look like, the pressure to be in great shape, and the conscious and sub-conscious ways we mistreat ourselves. Learn how to identify and change the sub-conscious thoughts / behaviours that cause us to be unhappy with our bodies. Learn that through making conscious mind / body / spiritual choices that are respectful of our bodies, we can love ourselves wholly again.

Circles:
Healing Circles:
We all have areas in our lives that we need to heal. Join like-minded people in a powerful healing energy exchange that will open your heart and mind to spirituality. Learn how to come up with a positive affirmation to assist you in your everyday healing. The session usually includes (but is not limited to) a gratitude session to open the doors for more blessings in your life; and also an abundance manifestation ritual. A feeling of peace and calm is felt during and after the session, but over time, you will learn how to return to that feeling of peace whenever you feel you need it.
Reiki Practitioner Certification:
Level 1: Learn what Reiki is and its history. You will receive the attunement which will allow you to channel this Universal Life Force Energy in order to help balance your chakras. You have opportunity to practice this art form on your classmates and on yourself. Manual included.
Level 2: Learn about the power of Reiki Symbols and how to direct the energy. Learn to do distance healing. Meet your guides and invoke their assistance in healings.
