Sholina Jivraj graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology followed by a Certificate in Human Resources Management. After being in the Human Resources and Project Management fields for several years, she decided to be a stay-at-home mom, caring for her sick mother and first child, and also pursue her passion – Fitness. On a part-time basis, she is a Fitness Instructor, Trainer, and Group Exercise Director at a prestigious club in Markham. Since 2000, just after the birth of her first daughter, Sholina incurred significant life-changing events that led her to focus deeply on spirituality, which eventually led to becoming a Reiki Master and obtaining certification in Spiritual Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Past-Life Regression Therapy, and Conscious-Living Workshop Facilitator. She is a strong supporter of Mother Nature and genuinely cares for the wellness of others.
